The app
Use of the Lumos iOS application is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading or using Lumos, you agree to it.
Your content
Your photos remain yours, entirely. Lumos claims no rights over the photos you edit or the presets you create. Photos are processed on your device (see the privacy policy).
Acceptable use
Use the style analysis feature only with content you are allowed to access. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service (for example, automated scraping through our servers).
Intellectual property
The Lumos name, logo, looks and app are the property of Timothé Duc. This website’s content may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
Lumos is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Timothé Duc is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app or this site. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
